Returns for the $48.99 physical GPS device purchased through Amazon are initiated and processed through Amazon under the return terms applicable to the customer's order.
Three-month limited device warranty
The Auto Seguro GPS device includes a three-month limited warranty for qualifying defects, beginning from the original purchase date.
Keep your Amazon order information. Proof of purchase may be needed when requesting warranty assistance.
Service subscription
The monthly GPS service is separate from the physical-device return process. Subscription cancellation is governed by our Subscription & Cancellation policy.
